If not resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of a mutually agreed provider, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
seoWest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
