That’s big news for Search Engine Marketers who have been struggling to combat spammy SERP results. Since Penguin 4.0 will be dynamic, it
is purported to be more effective at spotting and taking appropriate measures in response to Black Hat SEO techniques which still prevail
and influence search results.
While some recent major ranking fluctuations have been spotted, Google maintains this was a core algorithm update, and not Penguin 4.0.
